The accelerating pace of climate change demands innovative and integrative solutions that bridge environmental science and energy systems. This paper synthesizes emerging strategies for climate change mitigation by interlinking renewable energy deployment, ecosystem based adaptation, and sustainable policy interventions. It highlights technological innovations such as smart grid integration, carbon capture, and nature based solutions alongside institutional frameworks that enhance resilience and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Through interdisciplinary analysis and systems thinking, the research underscores the potential of integrated environmental energy approaches to transform mitigation pathways in both developed and developing contexts. Case studies from Pakistan illustrate context specific challenges and opportunities. Findings show that coordinated policies and cross sector partnerships are essential for achieving long term sustainability goals
