The Nature (TN) recognizes and respects the intellectual property rights of authors and follows transparent and ethical publishing standards.

Authors who publish in The Nature retain full ownership of their scholarly work. By submitting and agreeing to publish their manuscripts, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, and preserve their articles in both print and digital formats.

This policy allows authors to:

All articles published in The Nature are made available under an appropriate Creative Commons license (such as CC BY), unless otherwise specified. This license permits lawful sharing, reuse, and adaptation of the content, provided that proper credit is given to the author(s) and the journal.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are original and that permission has been obtained for any third-party material. Any violation of copyright rules may lead to rejection or retraction of the article.

The journal reserves the right to archive, preserve, and index published articles in recognized digital repositories and databases to guarantee long-term access and visibility.

This policy protects authors’ rights, encourages academic freedom, and supports the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge in line with international open access practices.
